AAS Business Management

Kaplan University has provided me with an excellent experience so far. I have just recently joined the Associates degree (A.A.S) in Business Management program.

I have had to work closely with several staff members. One of these people is David Vasquez, an admissions advisor. He has been very delightful. He has provided me with adequate information, and friendly service. He helped walk me through the entire enrollment process. It was both quick and painless. He also referred me to other departments to handle other things such as financial Aid, and registering for classes.

The financial Aid department was also thorough in handling all my paperwork and required documents. They returned my calls promptly and walked me through the loans and aid application process. They provided excellent customer service.

Next, I met my academic advisor, ShaValerie Roberson, who was responsible for registering me for classes. She was very attentive to my needs as pertains to the course choices. She acquainted me with everything I needed to know about my online classes; about the class times and what to expect. She also referred me to an online campus tour, which I became familiar with right away. The online campus tour was very helpful. It showed me exactly what to do and how to do it. I was very pleased with it.

Finally, it was time to start my classes. I was able to log into my classes with ease. Once there, I was able to chat and correspond with instructors and other students. It became my own personal classroom. I have been able to navigate the different pages and departments without any troubles. The class sessions are an hour each, which I find to be reasonable.

Overall, I would rate this online experience as very delightful, informative, and complete. The staff of Kaplan University have answered all questions, and helped me through my journey. I would recommend Kaplan University to others.
