Associate of Arts Elementary Education

by Brittany Baird
(Hinesville, Georgia, United States)

I am currently studying at the University of Phoenix online. I am almost complete with my associate degree in elementary education online and could not be happier. Without the online degree program I could not be happier. The online classes are easy to figure out that anyone can do it.

The interaction with other students is on a daily basis, many of the other students are working adults or stay at home parents. The faculty is very supportive, they keep in touch on a regular basis to make sure everything is going well. The online learning tools are great, there are workshops to go to and there are tools to help with math and even writing. The library is great for research as well.

The cost for me was geat as well. I am military, and with this I am able to get a discount for my tuition. Also the financial advisor was helpful in telling me about scholarships that were available as well. Distance learning is the best choice for me because it was the only way for me to pursue further education. I am now well on my way to becoming a teacher.
